Audio frequency is set to 44.1 kHz, while

How do you manage to do that?! The audio frequency for saa7115 should be 
48 kHz as well. Make sure you don't have duplicate saa7115 modules in 
your /lib/modules directory. Perhaps you are using a very old one 
accidentally.
