I have had a PVR-150 for a couple years and I just added a PVR-500 to the same system. The PVR-150 will not initialize when the PVR-500 is also installed. If I take the 500 out, the 150 works fine again. The 500 works regardless of whether the 150 is installed or not. I am using the latest firmware from ivtvdriver.org as of today. I've tried putting the two cards in all different combinations of PCI slots. The relevant output is below. Any suggestions? Thanks.
