FYI I have this exact error that shows up in my log when using a PVR-350 w/
TV Out.  (different kernel - 2.6.18-53.1.4.el5 under CentOS)

At the time this happens, I lose sound on TV Out.

I see it pretty regularly if I can provide any info to help debug.
