Hi, yes I'm sure old ivtv.ko was replaced.
I searched through the mailling lists how to setup the driver in PIO 
mode, but unfortunately all parameters that I need to change in .c files 
aren't present in the source file downloaded from gentoo.ebuild

And now, with dvb-hg drivers, I can't record nothing using my pvr card.
If I do cat /dev/video0 > testing.mpg I only get snow. And freevo cannot 
record nothing (It create the fxd files but no mpg).
If I uninstall dvb.hg and put back ivtv only drivers. It works again, 
but with DMA errors :(

notes: I tried cold reboot.
