Love added. I looked up the relevant MIL-C-17 specifications to nail down the coaxial cable loss specifications. I also added a blurb about 300 ohm twin-lead wire and a summary of objectives (why you'd take the particular actions) Someone needs to fix the formatting and proofread for typos through.
