If you want to be save get a PVR-150 as this is known to work well with
mythtv. Although there are reports that the HVR-1600 works with mythtv
there might be bugs preventing proper usage for you.

This is probably better to ask in the v4l-dvb mailing list. Some here
*might* know... I don't.

This was only done by Hauppauge because they ran out PVR-150's and only
for a short time. AFAIK this has not happened since then so the risk is
almost zero ;-)

Jarod Wilson's mythtv howto [1] is good reading. Jarod's howto is Fedora
based and you might want to start with that instead of Mandriva. If you
are having problems [2] can be very useful.

With any Athlon XP decoding should not be a problem.
