My PVR-350 is exhibiting the same problems.  What was the outcome on the
above?  Should I buy a new tuner?  I'm leaning towards a PVR-150 since I
no longer use the TV-out of the 350, I'm assuming it's a decent
replacement since I don't plan on moving to HD anytime soon?
