I don't see anything from ivtv1 in your trace.  I don't see the Decoder
revision or the init.mpg firmware piece in mine.  Below is my trace
though it's from Fedora 10.  My thinking is your card has experienced
hardware failure but perhaps this trace will help or someone else may
have some ideas.  Good luck!
