Please install "firmware-ivtv" from the non-free section of Debian, it
will take care of everything needed to load the firmware. You do not
need to compile itv-1.2.0.tar.gz. And as you've got a PVR-350, the
"xserver-xorg-video-ivtv" is maybe also of interest for you.
