Hi.

When I did all the configuration changes and tests suggested by the 
documentation and comments from other members of this list I had LIRC & 
TV-OUT on my PVR-350 working.  However, in the last reboot both LIRC and the 
TV-OUT (X on TV-OUT) stopped working.

I think I had not rebooted for a while, so it must be something that I did 
manually and I have not capture in the scripts.  I wold appreciate your help 
in determining what it is.

I am including my /etc/modules.conf, /etc/rc.d/rc.local and /var/log/messages.  
You will notice I added a few echo-es to document the different sections 
within messages.

I am using:
Mandrake 10.1 (2.6.8.1-12mdk)
ivtv 0.3.2a
ivtvdev 0.8.0
lirc 0.7.0
MythTV 0.16
