I assumed that was the case for most of the people in the thread, but wanted to emphasize that there's a deeper problem than was readily apparent and that the solution was only fixing the symptoms, not the problem. Since a lot of people surf these archives looking for answers, I wanted to make sure that there was enough information in there to encourage others with similar problems to keep digging.
