Effective communication can be increased if you make sure one does not
have to fall back to a subject line. I, and I guess many others, only use
the subject line BEFORE they look into a message. The message itself
should be sufficient.

And long lines like the ones you use make replying a major pain as most of
your text just went right out of the screen. So give care to the thought
that the lack of structure in your message was a cause of annoyance.
