Ross,

When I added the option in the /etc/modprobe.conf for setting the cardtype to
2, this is helping out in each and every re-boot. Now now PVR250 is always seen
to Fedora as a PVR25 and no longer incorrectly as the 150.

Thanks for the kind help, and the friendly manner on which you sent the
e-mails/posts.

I am stilling stuck with No sound. I have an error about the msp3400 file in
the kernel logs. When I was searching my pc for this file I could not find this
file at all. I could not find any that came close to it in the name either. I
tired to find msp34 and still nothing.

I am following the How-to at http://wilsonet.com/mythtv.

It looks like the msp3400-ivtv version came from http://atrpms.net.

I did reinstall this file for my kernel to the folder the it belongs in under
/lib/.../.../.../ and so on. however this seems to not help either.

I do not to solve a puzzle, but it is looking like I may need to really toy
with a clean start. I am not finding out too much info on this file. May I do
not know where to look, and is some is thinking of it, no my head is not up in
some dark place.

I do hope that this time my web e-mail program is really making the lines 80
wide or Hugo will have issues again. I did not see any note about he all HTTP
post, they must be ok, even though I only do text.

Thanks for the help to those that provided good help.

Stephen
