Hello friends!
I've been working through the Fedora Mythtv guide at wilsonet.com and
got to the point where it has you test the video capture with the
ptune device and mplayer. I tried changing channels and frequencies,
etc but all I could get was black static on the video and static
audio. However, I was able to get a clean signal through the
composite input on the card, so I think it's just the tuner that's
not working. I have mythtv set up, but I got the same signal when i
chose Watch TV. The guide said to talk to the ivtv list if unable to
get any sort of signal, so here I am. Thanks for the help, everyone!
