upgrade VFS dependency

We should upgrade our dependency on VFS to the 1.0 VFS release instead of
depending on some snapshot version.
The only problem is that the webdav extension isn't in the vfs-1.0.jar, but in
a vfs-sandbox jar which hasn't been released (yet?).
