Fix Version/s: 2.0.0-alpha-2
The dependency on VFS has been upgraded to the released 1.0 version.
I've also removed the dependency on VFS-sandbox. The Ivy code contained only a
fix to make VFS webdav work with httpclient-3.x. People wanting to use this
provider still had to download the VFS-sandbox jar.
