Agreed. For the webav part, We may use a snapshot as we did before. We could
maybe remove it as a dependency (I think we need it to compile only for a fix
you did, right?). But then it would make it more difficult for the users to get
Ivy working with webdav (they would have to download the vfs sandbox manually
themselves). So I'm in favor of using a snapshot version until it get released
(and maybe try to push commons vfs guys to get it released :-))
