For anyone who uses Maven or Ivy, we have published Xerces 2.12.1 artifacts
(including XML Schema 1.1 support) to Maven Central -
[https://search.maven.org/artifact/org.exist-db.thirdparty.xerces/xercesImpl/2.12.1/jar]
I think that it'd be great, if anyone here may test the link mentioned in this
comment, for Xerces-J functionality and let us know the feedback.
