this is a very good idea, I think. Even if our chances are possibly small. 
Morten, do you agree?

Christopher, what do we have to do to formulate a proposal? What are possible 
work packages? If we can formulate more then one work package, maybe then our 
chances increase. We should submit our proposal quickly then. Do we have 
candidates that apply for this job yet?
