I have cleaned up the files now, and everything should be in sync again.

Regarding Popeye: if you have a key in one file that is not matching in the 
others, and then save the whole project, the key seems to be added to every 
file (which is, in principle, correct). Thus, there were some duplicate entries 
now which I hope to have deleted.
