It was an assumption based on possibly outdated information
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Javafx#License). If this slightly newer
information
(https://stackoverflow.com/questions/18547362/javafx-and-openjdk) is
correct, then it should be the same codebase. Lack of VP6 and Webstart
should not be relevant (except if you plan on deploying via webstart).

As far as I understand it, an accessibility wrapper causes the issue.

This sounds like more of a hacking meeting than a conference.
Nevertheless, I will consider taking part.
