No worries -- you ended up pointing out a problem in Jackrabbit
contrib that I wasn't aware of, so it was an appropriate comment.

It was "handled" in the sense that we decided it can't be released
by Apache. It is still okay as an example for documentation, though
we need to fix the inappropriate usage of trademarks in package names.
That is still on the "to do" list.
