I am glad you have identified the problem! At some point before I had EclEmma 
partially working, meaning that it worked with the local junit tests, but an 
attempt to measure coverage for arquillian tests caused exception in ASM. Did 
not mention this before.

As I remember, I did the following: installed EclEmma latest version through 
market place, then uninstalled it, then installed 2.3.2 through the eclipse 
dropins folder (I had to do it because of project needs). After that removed it 
from the dropins and installed latest through marketplace, dropins and even 
both.

Can you advice me what what shall I do in order to fix my issues other than 
reinstall eclipse from scratch?
