Forgot to mention: I still think we should eventually look into making Jailhouse relocatable again and switch all archs to identity-mapping (for the final page table - relocatable code would allow initial PT borrowing, also for ARM64). But the practical implications of that have to be examined first. There are probably some devils in the details, and it is nothing urgent at this point.
