Unfortunately, I'm lacking a test case for ARM with GICv3/affinity routing. I don't have a working model anymore (actually, I think I never had one with GICv3), QEMU is only offering EL2 with its AArch64 system model, and I don't think there is real ARMv7 with GICv3 out there. So all we can do for now is to ensure that arch still builds.
