The proposal was submitted to the Commons, and the codebase uploaded to
the Commons-Sandbox.
Victor mistakenly uploaded a new version of J2EEUnit before changing the
license from GPL.
Peter noticed that, and copied the PMC with his message.
Victor replied to Peter's message, which is how the PMC got copied in.
I understand that Victor is now changing the license, and incrementing
the version number.
We are actively using the package with Struts to develop a testing
suite.
Three Jakarta Committers who have signed on to the package.
