ExtendedProperties seems appropriate, as that is what it aims to be.

Doesn't seem to me like collections is the right place - that seems to
be more general purpose (lists, hashes, etc...) Rather a component of a
package focued on 'configuration data' - doesn't Struts have a few bits
like this?
