Hi Sunish, Ah ! A windows guru :) I've recently adjust the release script (a Makefile), and added compiler binaries. So I'm close to embed the compiler as well. I let you know. About PICShell: I build a win binary for our jallib.py wrapper. To do this, I used pyinstaller, which "detect" and include all dependencies, including python itself, so it might be a good starting point. I've used many other python packaging tools, without such ease and efficiency than pyinstaller ( http://pyinstaller.python-hosting.com/)
