So what should I ask him? Can we develop code that uses his command
format? As it has been published, what is stopping anyone from using
that command set?

Next question is why use that command set at all if your going to create
an app to mimic his K107? Just create an app that does what he does and
use a completely original command set. Although how that would work for
my 12f675 app is beyond me. If his code needs a 16f648 what good would
an app do for smaller chips?

I would think anyone needing to save pins would be willing buy a kit to
save the code space.

Maybe I am all wrong on this but I am able to use the K107 OK in my app,
so far, without any problems. I guess I don't understand ........

Best Regards

Wayne
