I meant target_chip
I'll replace the comments with DataSheet, Programming Specs and
Device-ID and add DataSheet and PgmSpec numbers (without letter-suffix)
as string contants to the device files, and Device_ID (the number stored
in the device ID word of the PIC) as a word constant.
