Seems to be working better now, but I have a few more things to do such as:
1. TCP: Timeout connections/sockets 2. TCP: Re-transmit packets that don't get acked. 3. I wonder if I can move the packet array into the enc28j60 some how so it doesn't use PIC ram space. 4.
