Hi Steve,

The tutorial book at justanotherlanguage.org is a jallib book, so you came 
to the right place. The tutorials will work with the files in the sample 
directory.

JALEdit has not changed in 4 years, and the Jallib package should work like 
it did before. I suggest you stay with it.

Step 4 of the installation is optional. If you can compile your program, 
there will be a hex file that can be programmed using you programmer 
software. What programmer do you have? I do suggest PICkit 2 or PICkit 3.

You can also ask questions at jallist.

Do you get any error while compiling?
