Yes, it would be nice to have blink_intosc_usb samples at 48mhz. This
does work with 18f67j50.
It works with a 18f66j55, so probably with similar chips.
For the chips which have no possibility to use the combination INTOSC +
PLL (such as the 18f4550) it seems not useful to generate a INTOSC_USB
blink sample since it will not be different than the one with INTOSC
without USB suffix.
