Hi Rob,

I feel we shouldn't be using internal mclr, even with a comment in the 
header. I think we'll have a better product if we minimize the risk of 
mistakes by users. Even with a note, people will find a way to make the 
mistake.

"A good workaround to this is to either not use both internal MCLR and 
internal RC oscillator mode. However, if that is not a reasonable solution, 
than another good option is to simply program a small delay into the code 
that the PIC will run on startup."

Although, if you still wish to use it, you should add a small delay to all 
these blink samples.
