Still someone alive here? ... I've a question:
In the past I've used with success the echo-samples with i2c_hw_master
for 18f25k22 and i2_hw_slave for the 16f88. Now I'm trying to do the
same with 18f14k22 (master) and 16f1765 (slave), but without success so
far. I simply took the old samples and modified these for the other PICs
(mainly fuses and Fosc settings). With a logic analyzer I see the
correct clock and data output from the 18f14k22, but no response of the
16f1765. I read in the i2-hw-slave library that there is a difference
between 18Fs and 16Fs. But does this apply to the enhanced midrange like
the 16f1765 too? Is there something special to define or change for
these PICs? In general: has anyone here experience with I2C and the
enhanced midrange? Thanks in advance for your help.
