Jim, Mungo, et al., We have Eclipse running by command line, compiling using Java2Script, creating a full site, etc. without any actual opening of Eclipse. So that part is done.
Q: What operating system do you use that would be running this command line? Of course, we're still a long way from getting JalView in JavaScript, especially since you folks have certainly completely rewritten the JalView code since that fork was made. But it is a start. Andrew, I just committed several changes from 2015; JalView is running on my machine in JavaScript, but only at the state it was in and with the version of SwingJS from 2015.
