Hi,
I am having a bit of a problem accessing jalview web services. When I open jalview I see the warning dialog box and when I go to Tools -> Preferences -> Web Services the jabaws url: http://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/jabaws? is highlighted in red. Any idea what could be the problem, my internet connection is fine, I'm using Windows 8.1. Best wishes, Agnieszka?
