In this case, we already have a test that demonstrates failure. We can use
the same test to demonstrate whether the new code (not new architecture)
fixes the problem. In fact, I'd have to do it, even if "we" didn't. I run
James as our primary mail server. There is most likely no one here who
cares more about James running properly day after day after day after ...
(not that too many people care less :-)).
