I agree it is trivial to fix. I think it is is even more trivial than what Iwasa is suggesting. In Avalon this would be the fix. If this is to be done in 2.1, and no one else has started doing work on this, I can put together a patch. The patch I was thinking of would be about ~10 lines of code change in James. Basically the problem is name of repository key depends on initialization order. This can be fixed in Avalon or reset in in AvalonMailRepository. Harmeet
