Sorry wasn't aware. I was concerned that your patch wasn't committed for a
few days and there was no conversation about it on the list.

Upgrade seems fine. I have tested the upgrade on James 2.1 and have been
using upgraded DNS Java library on my mail servers for some time. (this
email is through the same server)

I don't think dns lookups are broken atm but can be made better as you
submit another patch. One thing is that you may not need to set
ExtendedResolver. I believe it is the default Resolver.

Specific imports help readability. Number of committers have converted the
wildcard import to specific ones. Not a big deal. If you can do it that is
great.
