mailservers were originally expected to display relaying behaviour (its a
cosy cooperative idea), but in the real world spammers abuse relaying to
mask the true origin of the mail, and the owners of the relays are the ones
who get punished.
Hence no-noe relays for anyone outside their own network.

I suspect your machine is being used as a spam relay. you really need to
stop it before you get into trouble, but I don't know the best thing to
suggest.

Most other mailservers offer the option to only relay mail where the smtp
"MAIL FROM:" address is a local recipient, or to block by ip address.

I see the "nightly" build of James has support for IP filtering, I suggest
you look at that while you still can. (ISPs can terminate your connection
for spam abuses)

Good luck etc.
