I just received my test message back.

As you can see, your system did send me the message that I sent manually
through your server. Seems that you have a configuration error.

Subject: Open Relay

I'm a new james user, and i prematurely submitted my site to http://ordb.org
for what i thought was just testing to see if my mail server was an open
relay.

Not only did they report me as an Open Relay, but i've been added to some
sort of OpenRelay database.

I immediately checked the FAQs on James and found this link:
http://james.apache.org/FAQ.html#2

I understand that James will indeed block Open Relay types of Spam, but is
there a way for me to convince http://ordb.org that my mail server isn't an
OpenRelay with James?

Thanks,
--mark imel
