I don't know, more than 2000 hits for tsukareppoi on google seem to tell a different story. It might not be good "Japanese," but then again "see ya," "dontcha" and "real good" is not "good English" either and yet how many times a day do we use it? Even if we are not going to use it we might as well know that it does happen.
