The word here should be "okorippoi", not "okoriyasui". The word "-yasui" is not used to describe people. The suffix "-ppoi" makes adjectives meaning "having the tendency". Examples: okorippoi < okoru + -ppoi (easy to get angry; quick-tempered) wasureppoi < wasureru + -ppoi (easy to forget things; forgetful) akippoi < akiru + -ppoi (easy to get bored; having a short span of attention <Is there an adjective for this?>) shiroppoi < shiroi + -ppoi (whitish) kuroppoi < kuroi + -ppoin (blackish) kiiroppoi < kiiroi + -ppoi (yellowish) Hope this helps.
