The above sentence is not good Japanese at all. Some people may say
that, but it's not considered grammatical and not recommended for
Japanese learners.
I'd like to make an amendment to my earlier statement and say "-yasui is
not usually used to describe people's character when there is an
adjective for it (e.g. okorippoi, wasureppoi, akippoi, etc.)".
