Hi All,
I am having trouble installing the Apache JServ.
Versions: Apache JServ 1.0b2, Apache 1.3.4, Red Hat Linux 2.0.36
Following the instructions in the INSTALL document:
1. I installed Apache with DSO support successfully according to the
instructions:
configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache --enable-rule=SHARED_CORE --enable-modu
le=so
make
make install
I can successfully access the web server. No problems.
2. Then I tried to install Apache JServ 1.0b2:
On running configure, I got an error saying:
configure: error: does not have DSO support
On digging in deeper, I found out that the command:
apxs -q /usr/local/jserv
is failing with error:
cannot locate strict.pm in @INC
Any suggestions?
