Win32?  What is that? :)

So is this a big issue?  I don't know because I never use the Win32
version.  Do the Win32 people have a conventional way to install it that
they can do?  We could just do 1.1 source/binaries (because not all
Win32 people have a compiler) and come back with a GUI installer later.

Yeah... I know.  I was just ranting :)  I am big on the Jakarta/Tomcat
bandwagon!
