I believe it has one in the src directory but I could be wrong and I don't
use Stronghold anymore so I can't check for you. ;-(

Regardless, this isn't something that I can fix. We depend on certain header
files being present and if they are not there, then there is not much I can
do about that. Look in Apache JServ's configure.in for the exact files that
we need. Make sure that they are not in a different location for StrongHold.
Adjust your settings for --with-apache-src to reflect that if needed.
