Personally, I'd like to see a 2.0 now and if there are changes then
subsequent releases, say 2.0.1 for bugs and 2.1 for changes to API
or file structure (e.g. byte count vs char count)
+1 from me. Release now and often. I'm not sure if Doug was
volunteering himself to be the release manager for 2.0, but I got
that impression.
My head spins catching up with the Lucene changes we've had in 1.9!
