The reason I would really like to see a KDE or QT version of the JDK is
to reduce the bloat...
For the ones running KDE, libqt.so is already in loaded RAM...
multiple JVM would also share it, reducing the amount of RAM needed..
I would also be possible to have access to KDE SystemColors from within
the JVM...
And drag and drop between jdk 1.2 and kde apps...
Lots of reasons to do the port!
